GhanaNews24 is an independent publication. It is not owned or controlled by any political party, government body or religious organisation. If our ownership changes, we will update this page.
How we are funded
- Advertising: display advertising on our website, including ads served by advertising networks such as Google. Advertisers buy space, not coverage.
- Sponsored content: occasional sponsored articles and partnerships, always clearly labelled as “Sponsored” and kept separate from our journalism.
- Other income: services such as event coverage or content licensing, where offered, are run separately from editorial decisions.
We do not accept money from political parties or candidates for editorial coverage, and we do not accept funding that comes with conditions on what we report.
Editorial independence
Our owners, advertisers and sponsors have no say over what we report or how we report it. Editorial decisions are made by our editors alone, following our Editorial Policy and Ethics Policy. When we report on a company or organisation that advertises with us or has a commercial relationship with us, we disclose it in the story.
